What is a Faith Promise Pledge?
A
Faith Promise Pledge is monies in which the individual/family
pledges above and beyond their normal church tithe. It is
money that
you
allow
God
to provide you throughout the year. Through your pledge, you are
proclaiming confidence that God
will
provide these funds and when they are provided, you promise to
use it for your Faith Promise Pledge.
How does Faith Promise work?
First
pray about what God wants you to pledge then fill out the Faith
Promise Commitment card and place it in the offering plate. If
you are not able to be at church on October 29th,
Faith Promise Commitment cards will continue to be available on
the information table in back of the sanctuary.
Keep
your eyes and heart open to God’s financial blessings such as
unexpected income or unexpected forgiveness of debt. Think about
donating your weekly coffee/soda fund, etc.
Make
donations throughout the year as God provides. Monies can
be given in the regular offering plate but PLEASE mark your
envelope “Faith Promise” so that it can be easily separated from
the weekly offering.
Praise
God for the answers to prayer and how He provides for us and
share that with others.
How is this money used?
A majority of the Mission’s budget
comes from the Faith Promise Pledges and allows us
to support various missionaries, organizations, and
individuals in need throughout the year. Please
